We deliver Tuesday - Saturday and offer same day delivery on orders placed by 11am

We deliver to the Albury-Wodonga region (postcodes 2640, 2641, 2642, 3690 and 3691) for a flat fee of $15. Orders delivered outside these postcodes are delivered via freight for $28 or we offer free in-store pickup (see our store location and hours further down the page). Please do get in touch to make sure your order is ready for you prior to coming to collect. For freight deliveries, contact via email or phone Renee directly.

Of course! Any additional information to assist our delivery drivers is always appreciated. You can include delivery notes, or any additional information in the customer notes section once you have added the item to your shopping cart.

If you need to make an update to an order, please send the update along with your order number to renee@therealflorist.com.au

Whilst we will try or best to accomodate special requests for delivery times, we are not able to guarantee an exact time frame. Our deliveries usually start after 11am every day. If the recipient won’t be home, the flowers will be left safely. If you need a delivery to be prior to a certain time, please place a comment in the ‘notes’ section during your checkout.

We are currently doing contactless delivery, therefore our driver will leave the order in a safe place. If there doesn’t seem to be a safe place to leave your order we will hold onto it until we can get in contact with the you to organise re-delivery.

You sure can! Our workshop and coffee shop is at 489 Swift Street Albury, NSW. Our hours are: Tuesday to Friday – 6.30am to 2pm Saturdays – 8am-1pm
